We Support
Vox Grata engages in a variety of advocacy efforts, supporting public funding for the arts through active involvement in local, state, and national arts agencies.
Vox Grata is a member of Chorus America, and the artistic staff are active members of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA). Vox Grata is also a member of both the Nashville Arts Coalition and Tennesseans for the Arts. Vox Grata supports a robust and healthy local arts ecosystem by participating in community-wide initiatives, such as Nashville Symphony’s 2018 Violins of Hope project and the planned Women’s Suffrage Centennial Commemoration. Partnerships with other community arts groups and culture events in our city is further evidence of this support. Past partners include ALIAS Chamber Ensemble and Music City Baroque.
